Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Overview

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2) How to start a return

Email us at support@theforgeman.com before sending any item back. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

3) Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalised/custom-made products
  • Personal care items (e.g., grooming products)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4) Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.

5) Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@theforgeman.com.

6) European Union cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must still be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.
